Wuhan University Silicone New Material Co., Ltd. (WD Silicone) was incorporated, by the shareholders including Wuhan University, Sinopec and other investors in Ocober 2000 based on the former Wuhan University Chemical Plant which was founded in 1958.
CHEMGO originated from the predecessor companies Stehelin AG (established in the 1830s) and Chemgo Organica AG (established in 1976). In 2019, the two companies merged and CHEMGO now contains a distribution and agency business. Since 2001, CHEMGO is
